Roberto has 12 years’ experience in sourcing, structuring and investing in all parts of the capital structure (private equity, junior and senior debt) of Italian SMEs across several industries and 3 years’ management consulting experience. 

Former Head of Corporate Finance (Leverage Finance + Advisory) at GE Capital Italy, he has previously worked for EBRD, DAM Capital, Bain, IMI Merchant Banking, Italian Ministry of Industry (Pres. Ciampi government) and served as an officer for the Guardia di Finanza.

A Fulbright and a British Chevening scholar, Roberto received a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and a Summa Cum Laude BSc in Business from Luiss University.
