Tony Baker is head of the loss prevention department at the North of England P&I Association, which co-ordinates the Club’s loss prevention and condition survey services. He joined the Club in 1999 and has been in his current role since 2004. Previously Tony spent eighteen years at sea as a deck officer and was a senior lecturer at a UK marine college. He is a Master Mariner and has a MBA in International Business.
